A lot of us are walking around feeling crappy in our bodies and blaming it on aging. Maybe you feel like there was a time when you didn’t feel so disconnected from this NOW, unfamiliar body. Everyone feels like this.” True, a lot of people do feel like this, but this is NOT meant to be normal. And I know this for fact from my 14 years in the Wellness industry. Your body is actually telling you what it needs, but we’ve grown accustomed to ignoring it until it’s too late. This former Radio City Rockette, now multifaceted Wellness teacher, is here to change this!

-Weekly nutritional guidance on how to fuel your body for the life you live.

-Hydration tips on how much water is enough water for your daily intake. (It’s more than you think.)

-Guided meditations to help you gain mental clarity, ease stress and anxiety.

-Daily Intention setting to help you achieve your goal whether work or life related.

-Writing prompts to help you think, observed and journal (if you choose) your experience without judgement.

For $25/week, we want to show you by, eating 3xs a day, drinking enough water, doing physical activity, meditating and setting intentions, you can go from feeling mediocre to feeling great in just 2 months! It becomes habitual to give yourself the basic care your bodies need. It becomes easier to know when something is an actual ailment versus your muscles are cramping due to dehydration. It makes it easier to know when to seek a medical professional whether MD or Psychologist versus when you just need to get some actual sleep this week.

  • Nope. Not at all. We understand everyone is busy. Our program is design for you to “do you” during the best time for your schedule, chart your 3 meals a day based off what hours you are awake. You will have the opportunity to chat and message everyone in the chat when you want. Or reach out to me via email whenever you have a question.

  • Naturally eating multiple times a day speeds up your metabolism and doing 4-5 days a week of cardio workouts will make you lose weight. But we do not focus on pounds, as they will fluctuate depending how much muscle you gain. We focus on how do you feel in your clothes, how do you feel in your body, what can your body do for you now that it couldn’t do a few weeks ago? That is how we measure success!

  • No worries, I’ve got plenty of beginner, quick and gentle at-home workouts you can do to start off. Low impact and easy on the knees and other joints. There’s something for everyone!
