A lot of us are walking around in our bodies, stiff, dehydrated, lacking nutrition and sleep and spinning in the negative energy from others around us. Some of us are operating below average. One way to change that today is to HYDRATE! No seriously. You should be drinking half your body weight is ounces of water every day. Yes, every day. Your body is actually telling you what it needs, but we’ve grown accustomed to ignoring it until it’s too late.
Let this former Radio City Rockette, now Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Meditation and Mindful teacher is here to change this! I want to help you map it out. Take the ounces you should drink and divide it by 15 (the amount of hours you are generally awake.) That is how many ounces you should drink every hour. Water lubricates the joints, boosts skin health and beauty, and your digestive system depends on it!

Colgate Palmolive has hired her to teach their global leaders "How to use Mindfulness to Alleviate Stress,” while The Covenant House hired her to teach “Exercising & Eating Your Stress Away.” She has also taught Pilates as a Team Building program to the Nike Basketball Team New York.
